Acceptable Use Policy

You may not generate, attempt to generate, or distribute sexual, intimate, or sexually suggestive content depicting a real, identifiable person. This is prohibited whether or not the person is a public figure, and whether or not you claim to have their permission — we do not operate a consent verification process, so the answer is always no.

The service does not produce sexually explicit content of any kind, including of wholly fictional characters. Prompts seeking it are blocked.

• You may not generate any sexual, suggestive, nude, or exploitative depiction of a person under 18, or of a character presented as under 18. There is no exception, artistic or otherwise.
• You may not generate content that sexualizes childhood, or that places a minor in a sexualized, fetishized, or abusive context.
• You may not attempt to circumvent these controls through euphemism, coded language, age ambiguity, or stylistic framing.

Detected attempts are logged with account identifiers and, where they meet the applicable legal threshold, reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Accounts are terminated immediately without refund.

• No face swaps, deepfakes, or synthetic footage that presents a real person doing or saying something they did not do or say.
• No content that impersonates a real person, brand, or organization in a way likely to deceive.
• No content that harasses, bullies, threatens, degrades, or humiliates an identifiable person.
• No content that attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
• No doxxing or content designed to expose private information about a person.

• No synthetic depictions of candidates, elected officials, election workers, or government bodies presented as real footage.
• No fabricated statements, endorsements, or concessions attributed to a real political figure.
• No content misrepresenting voting procedures, dates, locations, eligibility, or results.
• Satire and commentary do not create an exception where a real political figure is depicted synthetically.

• Graphic violence, gore, torture, or the depiction of real atrocities or tragedies.
• Content that promotes or instructs on serious crime, weapons or explosives manufacture, drug synthesis, fraud, or malware.
• Content promoting or depicting self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating.
• Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or the organizations that carry it out.
• Deliberate reproduction of trademarked characters, logos, or protected works for commercial use.
• Content designed to deceive for financial gain, including fake endorsements, fake testimonials, and investment scams.

You may not attempt to evade moderation by obfuscating a prompt, splitting a prohibited request across several renders, using another language or coded terminology, automating the service to probe filter boundaries, or removing AI labeling or watermarks from output. Circumvention attempts are themselves a violation.

• Every prompt passes a rule filter and an AI classifier before any render is submitted to a model provider.
• Every finished render receives an automated output review before it is released to your library.
• Ambiguous cases are held in a human review queue and are not released until a moderator decides.
• Blocked attempts generate strikes. Three strikes suspends the account; severe violations skip straight to suspension.
• Moderation decisions are logged with timestamps and reasons, and are retained for legal and audit purposes.
