Terms of Service
Last updated July 31, 2026
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FlowPixel AI ("FlowPixel AI", "we", "us") covering your use of the FlowPixel AI website and video generation service.
1. Eligibility and the 18+ requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. There is no under-18 tier, no parental-consent path, and no child-directed feature. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
If we determine an account holder is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated content. Credits on a terminated underage account are not refundable to the account holder; a parent or guardian may contact FlowPixel AI support at shadeysogacc@gmail.com regarding payment disputes.
2. The service
FlowPixel AI accepts a text prompt and returns a short generated video produced by third-party generative models. Output is probabilistic: identical prompts do not produce identical results, and we do not warrant that any particular render will meet your expectations, be free of visual artifacts, or be usable for your purpose.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue models, tiers, or features. Where a change materially reduces what your current subscription provides, we will give notice before it takes effect.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your account, resell access to it, or use it to operate a service that lets others generate video through your credentials without our written agreement.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each plan grants a fixed number of credits per billing period. Credits are a prepaid usage allowance, not currency, and have no cash value.
- Credits are consumed when a render is submitted to the model provider. A render that fails for technical reasons on our side or the provider's is refunded automatically.
- A render that is rejected by moderation, or removed after review of a report, is also refunded automatically — you are only charged for videos you actually receive. Repeated policy violations still result in strikes and suspension.
- You may cancel at any time in one click from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing; access and remaining credits continue until the end of the paid period, after which unused credits expire.
- Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases and are consumed after monthly plan credits.
Full detail, including EU and UK withdrawal rights, is in our billing and cancellation policy.
5. Your content and prompts
You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, we assign to you the rights we hold in the video output generated from your prompts, so that you may use it commercially.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your prompts and output for the purposes of operating the service, moderating content, responding to legal requests, and enforcing these Terms. We do not use your prompts or output to train our own generative models.
Generative output may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions, and may unintentionally resemble existing works. You are responsible for clearing your own use of the output.
6. Prohibited uses
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms and is binding. It expressly prohibits, among other things, sexual content depicting real people, any sexualized depiction of minors, harassment and impersonation, and election-related synthetic media. Violations may result in blocked renders, strikes, suspension, or termination without refund.
7. Moderation and our editorial role
We screen prompts and output automatically and, where flagged, manually. We may refuse, delay, or remove any render at our discretion. Our exercise of moderation does not make us the author or publisher of user-directed content, and we do not waive any protection available to us under applicable law, including 47 U.S.C. § 230, by moderating. Nothing in these Terms should be read as us adopting or endorsing any user's prompt or output.
8. AI labeling
All output is artificially generated. We preserve provider watermarks and provenance metadata, and we attach an AI-generated disclosure to exports. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure that labeling, and to comply with any platform or legal disclosure duty that applies where you publish, including EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations.
9. Third-party providers
Renders are executed by third-party model providers. Your prompt and generation settings are transmitted to them for that purpose, and their own acceptable use rules also apply. We are not responsible for a provider's downtime, output quality, or independent policy decisions.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, original, or lawful to use in your context.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your prompts, your use or publication of output, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for legal or safety reasons, or if continuing to serve you would expose us to liability. On termination for breach, unused credits are forfeited.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, cancel before the effective date.
15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Statutory consumer rights available to you where you live are unaffected.
