Billing, cancellation & refunds
Last updated July 31, 2026
Short version: you are billed monthly, you can cancel in one click from your account page at any time, and renders that fail on our side are refunded to your credit balance automatically.
How billing works
- Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance on the date you subscribed.
- Your monthly credit allowance is added at the start of each billing period.
- Unused monthly credits roll into the next period while your subscription stays active, and expire when it ends.
- Top-up packs are one-time purchases and are spent only after your monthly allowance is used up.
- Prices are shown exclusive of any tax we are required to collect; applicable tax is added at checkout.
Cancelling — one click, no phone call
Open your account page and press Cancel subscription. That single action stops all future billing. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing else is required of you — no email, no chat, no retention call.
You can resubscribe at any time. This process satisfies the one-click cancellation rules that apply in the EU and in several US states.
When credits come back automatically
- The render failed because of a technical error on our side or the model provider's: fully refunded, automatically, with a line in your credit history.
- The render never started because the prompt was blocked at screening: no credits are charged at all.
- The render was produced but rejected by moderation, held and then rejected on human review, or removed after a report: fully refunded automatically. If you do not receive the video, you do not pay for it.
- You simply do not like the result: not refunded. Generative output is variable, which is why draft-tier renders are priced low for iteration.
Money-back on subscriptions
If something goes materially wrong in your first 14 days on a new subscription, write to FlowPixel AI support at shadeysogacc@gmail.com and we will look at a refund case by case. Beyond that window, subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period.
EU and UK withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service delivers digital content immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once generation begins. If you have not generated anything, your withdrawal right is unaffected and you receive a full refund on request.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails we retry for up to seven days and pause generation in the meantime. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in suspension while the dispute is resolved.
